Installation and Maintenance
1, Installation
Before installing the machine, refer to the base drawing dimensions to make the foundation and ground. Screw to the hole, after the foundation is solidified, it can be installed (the position of the foot hole of each component should be fixed according to the actual size, site positioning and refilling cement). First, determine two standard points on the foundation, use the ink fountain to eject an ink line, lead the machine center line, and then press the main gear box, support base, stranding cage, paper toe cap, steel toe cap, traction wheel, etc. according to the size and position of the drawing. The general map is arranged in order. At the same time, two one-meter-high poles are set at both ends of the ink line, and a thin wire is tensioned to pass through the hollow shaft on the same axis. Then install the main gearbox, stranding cage, winding head, steel head, universal coupling, 27-speed gearbox.
2, Lubrication
Each unit of the cable-forming machine adopts local lubrication, and often observes the oil level from the oil sight hole, replaces the oil in the tank, and the calcium-based lubrication of each transmission shaft bearing Grease, the equipment that needs to be lubricated in the box is:

After 1000 hours of production, each gearbox is cleaned, replaced with new oil, and replaced with new oil every 12 months.
Parts with relative motion (slides, screw rods, open gear pairs, etc.) are refueled once before each shift.
Grease the grease once a year.
3、Maintenance
The gearbox should check the oil level once a month. If the oil level is lower than the oil line, it must be filled with new oil. Check the wire frame gland before each shift. Is the fastening screw loose and tightened.
